What you will do

• Complete work packages to ensure assembly readiness and throughput.
• Coordinate with project leaders to meet project objectives and timelines.
• Document progress, issues, and task completion.
• Troubleshoot production issues under the guidance of engineering staff.
• Support operational improvements including process adjustments and documentation updates.
• Maintain communication with line operators to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Must be able to work 100% onsite in Portage, MI
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Solidworks and AutoCAD
• Experience with MasterControl, Valgensis, and OnePPM
• Strong mechanical engineering skills
• Ability to adhere to safety, quality, and operational standards
