Salary: $110,000 - $135,000 Base

What you will do
- Own a book of strategic accounts, serving as the primary advisor on activation and business value.
- Design and deliver expert-level training and workshops to help clients operationalize the platform at scale.
- Identify high-value optimization opportunities across digital and omni-channel experiences using quantitative data.
- Establish mastery of the platform and contribute to vertical playbooks and consulting methodologies.
- Mentor new hires and peers, sharing best-in-class consulting practices.
- Proactively monitor customer engagement to mitigate renewal risks and execute remediation plans.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in digital analytics, product management, or digital consulting.
- Proven ability to work with large, complex quantitative datasets to uncover actionable insights.
- Strong client-facing leadership and advisory skills, capable of building trust at the executive level.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with experience training audiences of 50+.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Ability to travel up to 10% for onsite customer enablement.
