Location: Remote; Must be located in a Japanese-speaking location (including Brazil, Australia, Taiwan, Philippines, Indonesia, or Japan)

What you will do

• Consult on platform configuration best practices and drive technical requirements.
• Design and configure solutions while educating clients on the hirify.global toolset.
• Facilitate system design and architecture workshops to identify business workflows.
• Document requirements, solution designs, and testing plans.
• Lead solution project calls and product demos for enterprise clients.
• Mentor and train peers to build overall consulting skill sets.

Requirements

• Fluency in both English and Japanese is required.
• 2-7+ years of software implementation experience (7+ for Senior).
• Experience delivering SaaS solutions through platform configuration for enterprise clients.
• Ability to travel domestically or internationally up to 20%.
• Proven track record in gathering and documenting complex requirements and integrations.
• Ability to work independently and solve complex problems under pressure.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL, or JSON.
