TL;DR

Digital Customer Experience Lead (SaaS): Designing and executing scalable, digital-first customer lifecycle programs to increase product adoption and retention with an accent on tech-touch and 1:many engagement motions. Focus on building self-service infrastructure, implementing AI-driven automation, and optimizing the digital customer journey.

Location: Remote (United States)

Salary: $135,000 - 175,000 Base

What you will do

  • Translate scalable CX vision into executable lifecycle programs and establish success metrics for adoption and retention.
  • Design and launch self-service and 1:many programs across onboarding, adoption, and expansion stages.
  • Build reusable enablement assets, including webinars, playbooks, guides, and automated engagement flows.
  • Implement AI and automation tools to reduce manual workflows and increase consultant capacity.
  • Partner with Product and Marketing teams to align digital programs with in-app experiences and messaging.

Requirements

  • 3–8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Customer Success, Digital CX, or Customer Marketing.
  • Proven experience building and scaling digital and 1:many engagement motions.
  • Proficiency in configuring digital adoption tools, CRM campaigns, and automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills to link program engagement to retention and expansion outcomes.
  • Must be based in the United States.
