Salary: $135,000 - 175,000 Base

What you will do
- Translate scalable CX vision into executable lifecycle programs and establish success metrics for adoption and retention.
- Design and launch self-service and 1:many programs across onboarding, adoption, and expansion stages.
- Build reusable enablement assets, including webinars, playbooks, guides, and automated engagement flows.
- Implement AI and automation tools to reduce manual workflows and increase consultant capacity.
- Partner with Product and Marketing teams to align digital programs with in-app experiences and messaging.
Requirements
- 3–8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Customer Success, Digital CX, or Customer Marketing.
- Proven experience building and scaling digital and 1:many engagement motions.
- Proficiency in configuring digital adoption tools, CRM campaigns, and automation platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to link program engagement to retention and expansion outcomes.
- Must be based in the United States.
