Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States). Working hours: 12:00 - 9:00 p.m. PST. Travel: Up to 20% (onsite at client events, including weekends).

What you will do

• Plan and drive project implementation, aligning with clients on milestones and maintaining detailed project plans.
• Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and priorities across multiple work streams to remove obstacles.
• Facilitate workshops with clients, solution consultants, and architects to define configuration requirements.
• Communicate formal weekly status updates to client and internal stakeholders, including executive-level committees.
• Provide change management and training support to ensure effective adoption of technology for first-year clients.
• Monitor project financial performance and manage change orders for deliverables outside the original scope.

Requirements

• 4+ years of project management experience in software implementation.
• Proven skills in schedule, cost, and risk management.
• Proficiency with project management tools, Smartsheet, and Google/Microsoft Office suite.
• Must be located anywhere in the United States of America.
• Must be able to work 12:00 - 9:00 p.m. PST.
• Ability to travel up to 20% for onsite client events.

Nice to have
