• Conduct value-stream mapping exercises across departments.
• Support Kaizen events to drive continuous improvement.
• Measure waste elimination impact on revenue and operational metrics.
• Partner with leaders to embed lean thinking into daily operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience applying lean methodologies.
• Deep expertise in lean tools and techniques.
• 3-7 years of project management experience in software companies.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in program management tools like Smartsheet.

Nice to have

• Lean or Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Experience in technology companies undergoing transformation.
• Background working with lean consultancies.
• Understanding of SaaS business models and AI transformation.
