TL;DR

Manager, Client Success Management (SaaS): Leading the vision and execution of a 1:Many Scaled CSM Model to ensure account health and expansion through automation and AI with an accent on operational efficiency and strategic account oversight. Focus on integrating AI tools for intelligence-led outreach, driving Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and mentoring CSM Associates.

What you will do

  • Design and refine the end-to-end lifecycle for the 1:Many account cohort, replacing manual touchpoints with automated workflows and AI-driven insights.
  • Directly manage a select list of high-potential strategic accounts to drive deeper adoption and strategic alignment.
  • Lead, ramp up, and coach a team of CSM Associates on the 1:Many methodology.
  • Partner with Sales to identify expansion triggers and conduct executive read-outs to drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
  • Integrate AI tools like Gemini and NotebookLM to manage account health and scale intelligence-led outreach.
  • Develop 1:Many resources including templated onboarding, resource hubs, and automated success plans.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of total professional experience with a proven track record of employee development and strategic contribution.
  • Must be located in any state within the United States.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and contribute strategically to business goals.

Nice to have

  • 5+ years of CSM experience, specifically with Scaled/1:Many/Digital-Touch models.
  • Prior managerial experience ramping up early-career team members.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI to drive operational efficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills for translating high-touch approaches into priority strategies.
