What you will do

• Lead new product development for the Ninja Coffee category from early-stage concept through mass production.
• Manage day-to-day project progress, reporting on key milestones, issues, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with engineering, industrial design, and marketing to translate consumer needs into compelling product specifications.
• Integrate insights from the Intelligence team to ensure consumer feedback drives the development process.
• Define and execute performance testing protocols in coordination with quality and testing teams.
• Manage product costs and coordinate with supply chain, sourcing, and merchandising for profitable launches.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product development or product marketing, preferably in consumer goods or outdoor categories.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing cross-functional initiatives or mentoring junior team members.
• Strong project management capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based onsite at the Needham, MA headquarters.
