What you will do

  • Lead new product development (NPD) from the brainstorm phase through to mass production.
  • Define and iterate product specifications by aligning consumer needs with available technologies.
  • Manage the sales performance of assigned categories and recommend new product opportunities to fill market gaps.
  • Conduct competitive product analyses to ensure brand superiority and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Testing and Quality organizations to develop and manage performance testing procedures.
  • Serve as the primary product expert for cross-functional team members.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in product development, marketing, or human factors engineering, preferably in consumer goods.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly effective written and verbal communication skills for presentations and problem-solving.
  • Must be based in or able to work onsite at the Needham, MA headquarters.
