What you will do

• Partner with the HairCare team to support the successful launch of cutting-edge beauty products.
• Conduct user testing with internal and external consumers to gain performance insights and provide product recommendations.
• Develop design targets including KPIs, Human Factors, and Consumer Satisfaction Indicators.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing and Creative teams on product packaging and instruction guides.
• Define product specifications for replacement components to balance consumer needs and internal efficiencies.
• Conduct competitive landscape analysis and manage product information systems.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an associate's, bachelor's, master's, or doctoral program (or graduated within the past year).
• Academic background in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or Human Factors.
• Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week onsite in Needham, MA.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for presenting to all levels of management.
• Passion for the beauty and hair care industry.
