PM Intern

TL;DR

PM Intern (Product Management): Support the Host Squad product team by owning end-to-end deliverables for fitness and wellness host workflows, with an accent on ticketing, memberships, scheduling, co-hosting, and analytics that drive revenue and retention. Focus on identifying edge cases and failure states, prioritizing improvements, and partnering with Engineering, Design, and QA to ship changes.

What you will do

• Own specific Host Squad deliverables end-to-end, collaborating daily with Engineering, Design, and QA.
• Improve core host product flows such as experience/appointment creation, ticket transfers, and co-hosting.
• Identify gaps, edge cases, and failure states using a structured, user-centered lens, then propose and prioritize fixes.
• Define and drive analytics for recently launched features, ensuring tracking is in place and synthesizing early signals into recommendations.
• Run competitive analysis for growth-adjacent features (e.g., referrals, PLG, network effects) and translate findings into product recommendations.
• Help maintain backlog health by consolidating duplicates, triaging stale items, and supporting roadmap sequencing with tradeoffs and effort/impact signals.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an MBA, master’s, or other graduate program (or a strong undergraduate candidate with relevant experience).
• Strong product instincts for users, flows, and edge cases.
• Data fluency: comfortable reading analytics dashboards and writing basic SQL (or knowing the right questions to ask to get answers).
• Exceptional written communication for clear specs, tickets, and async updates.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity and driving workstreams independently.
• High ownership mindset with follow-through on deliverables.

Nice to have

• Experience in product management, engineering, or a fast-moving startup role.
• Experience with B2B SaaS, marketplace, or fitness/wellness verticals.
• Familiarity with Linear, Notion, Amplitude, or similar product tooling.
