What you will do

• Develop and implement network strategies for scalability, security, and performance optimization.
• Manage and mentor a team of network engineers and administrators.
• Oversee the design and deployment of SD-WAN, LAN, WAN, VPNs, and cloud-based networks.
• Ensure compliance with industry security standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS.
• Manage vendor relationships and budgets for hardware, software, and staffing.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to align network services with business needs.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years in network engineering with 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Proficiency in BGP, OSPF, MPLS and hardware such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, or Cato.
• Practical experience designing and managing Global SD-WAN networks (preferably Cato).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Active CCNP, CCIE, ITIL, or Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure).
• Must be based in Needham, MA, United States.
