What you will do

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of physical and logical network infrastructure globally.
• Drive network automation, configuration management, and monitoring tool development.
• Establish standards for LAN, WAN, WiFi, and zero-trust network security frameworks.
• Design resilient connections to multiple cloud providers using robust routing protocols.
• Serve as a Tier 3-4 escalation point for complex network troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Mentor junior engineers and NOC staff while developing standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Network Engineering within complex, multi-vendor environments.
• Expert knowledge of WiFi technologies, switching, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), and firewall functionality.
• Demonstrable expertise with Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, and Palo Alto Networks equipment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience managing distributed systems in public cloud environments (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Professional or Expert-level certifications (e.g., CCIE, JNCIE).
• Proficiency in automation and scripting (Terraform, Python) within CI/CD environments.
• Knowledge of IT security and compliance frameworks like HIPAA, SOX, or ISO 27001.
