What you will do

• Lead the strategic vision and roadmap for the Funds dataset to deliver customer and business impact.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering clear ownership and professional growth.
• Collaborate with Data Operations and Engineering to design and refine data pipelines and tooling.
• Manage data governance, establishing standards for data models, schemas, and quality controls.
• Analyze the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for strategic differentiation.
• Ensure datasets are optimized for AI, machine interpretation, and advanced analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CFA charter holder strongly preferred).
• 5+ years of experience with private markets.
• 2+ years of experience managing a team.
• Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
