Location: On-site in Batu Kawan, Penang, Malaysia. Must be willing to work EST hours during the initial 2-month training period.

Salary: RM 8,000/month + performance bonuses

What you will do

• Execute go-to-market strategy targeting Singapore’s SME and startup sectors.
• Generate B2B leads via LinkedIn prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and endorsing candidates.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of clients and recurring opportunities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to founders and executives to align talent solutions with business goals.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine outreach strategies and recruitment processes.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in 360 recruitment with a strong focus on business development.
• Background in tech recruitment (Software, IT, SaaS).
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (preferred for Singapore market).
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, and CRM tools.
• Ability to operate in a full-cycle role handling both client acquisition and candidate delivery.
• Must be willing to work EST hours during the first 2 months of training.

Nice to have

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
