What you will do
- Interact with owners and guests across multiple channels to provide accurate answers and solutions.
- Advise customers on platform policies, including cancellations, guest reviews, and damage protection.
- De-escalate sensitive situations to ensure positive outcomes for owners and guests.
- Manage booking adjustments, listing updates, and account modifications.
- Process guest booking requests, date transfers, and optional fees.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service role with a track record of achieving goals.
- Must live in an approved US location (excluding D.C. and Hawaii).
- Ability to work effectively and independently in a remote environment.
- Resilience and a positive mindset when handling upset customers.
- Willingness to work assigned schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
