Salary: $100,000–$135,000 base plus department variable annual bonus

What you will do
- Manage revenue for assigned regions, overseeing portfolios responsible for upwards of $100M in revenue.
- Develop and implement annual revenue strategies to optimize performance for all listings.
- Analyze demand and pricing trends using internal data and external market sources.
- Monitor and adjust revenue levers for new listings to ensure sustained long-term booking momentum.
- Act as a trusted resource for training, mentoring, and thought partnership for other Revenue Managers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement expert revenue management strategies.
Requirements
- 8+ years of pricing and/or direct revenue management experience, ideally in vacation rentals.
- Proficiency with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Excel, and SQL.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Economics, Business Administration, or Finance, or equivalent experience.
- Strong ability to perform risk analysis and execute revenue strategies based on risk vs reward.
- Excellent communication skills to influence action across various levels of the organization.
- Must reside in an approved US location (cannot be in D.C. or Hawaii).
