Location: Must be based in the US (except D.C. and Hawaii)

Salary: $100,000–$135,000 base plus department variable annual bonus

What you will do

  • Manage revenue for assigned regions, overseeing portfolios responsible for upwards of $100M in revenue.
  • Develop and implement annual revenue strategies to optimize performance for all listings.
  • Analyze demand and pricing trends using internal hirify.global data and external market sources.
  • Monitor and adjust revenue levers for new listings to ensure sustained long-term booking momentum.
  • Act as a trusted resource for training, mentoring, and thought partnership for other Revenue Managers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement expert revenue management strategies.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of pricing and/or direct revenue management experience, ideally in vacation rentals.
  • Proficiency with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Excel, and SQL.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Economics, Business Administration, or Finance, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong ability to perform risk analysis and execute revenue strategies based on risk vs reward.
  • Excellent communication skills to influence action across various levels of the organization.
  • Must reside in an approved US location (cannot be in D.C. or Hawaii).
