What you will do

• Lead development and maintenance of the high-traffic, multilingual marketing website.
• Own Sanity CMS infrastructure to enable marketers to create and update content independently.
• Collaborate with the Growth team to implement A/B tests to improve UX and conversion rates across multiple channels.
• Build and maintain a design system to ensure a consistent brand experience.
• Optimize site performance, page speed, and SEO.
• Improve localization workflows and support security, compliance, and privacy requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of professional web development or frontend engineering experience with marketing or growth websites.
• Strong proficiency in React and experience with frameworks like Next.js, Nuxt, or Astro.
• Experience with headless CMS platforms such as Sanity, Contentful, Strapi, or Dato.
• Deep knowledge of web performance, SEO, and accessibility best practices.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of CRM integrations (Marketo, Hubspot) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Posthog).

Nice to have

• Experience working in a fast-paced B2B or agency environment.
• Experience with Vercel or Cloudflare.
