Salary: $80,000 - $105,000 per year

What you will do
- Own the client relationship for an assigned book of business, developing deep knowledge of litigation portfolios and internal stakeholders.
- Lead client onboarding and serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for partners, senior counsel, and operations leads.
- Drive platform adoption by using data and reporting to demonstrate value and surface trends aligned with firm workflows.
- Act as the voice of the client internally, channeling product feedback to the Product team and partnering with Marketing.
- Partner with Key Account Managers to align on client health and identify expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with Litigation Managers to ensure the product meets client needs at each stage of the litigation process.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in legal tech or B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of managing relationships with senior stakeholders, including law firm partners and C-suite contacts.
- Ability to analyze dashboards and translate data trends into client-ready narratives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for distilling complex data into compelling narratives.
- Experience designing and implementing strategies related to client service and support.
- Must be based in the US.
