TL;DR

Location: US - Remote (Richmond, VA in-office presence preferred)

Salary: $80,000 - $105,000 per year

What you will do

  • Own the client relationship for an assigned book of business, developing deep knowledge of litigation portfolios and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead client onboarding and serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for partners, senior counsel, and operations leads.
  • Drive platform adoption by using data and reporting to demonstrate value and surface trends aligned with firm workflows.
  • Act as the voice of the client internally, channeling product feedback to the Product team and partnering with Marketing.
  • Partner with Key Account Managers to align on client health and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Litigation Managers to ensure the product meets client needs at each stage of the litigation process.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in legal tech or B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of managing relationships with senior stakeholders, including law firm partners and C-suite contacts.
  • Ability to analyze dashboards and translate data trends into client-ready narratives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for distilling complex data into compelling narratives.
  • Experience designing and implementing strategies related to client service and support.
  • Must be based in the US.
