Salary: $118,000 - $135,000 per year

What you will do
- Build strong relationships with enterprise customers to ensure value realization from solutions.
- Translate legal operations pain points into actionable technical solutions and workflow optimizations.
- Guide customers through onboarding, configuration recommendations, and tailored best practices.
- Triage and manage support escalations in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
- Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs), usage assessments, and roadmap discussions.
- Document customer-specific workflows and integrations to ensure internal continuity.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as legal operations, vendor management, or customer success.
- Proven success supporting enterprise clients in a B2B SaaS environment, preferably in legal tech.
- Familiarity with legal ops processes, eBilling platforms, LEDES, and UTBMS standards.
- Experience mapping legal workflows to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
- Comfort navigating APIs, cloud platforms, and custom integrations.

- Familiarity with enterprise risk or GRC software platforms.
