TL;DR
Technical Support Associate (AI): Providing exceptional and consultative support for the Revenue AI Platform with an accent on troubleshooting integrations and resolving customer challenges. Focus on managing telephony systems, Salesforce integrations, and collaborating with product teams to improve the user experience.
Location: Hybrid working model: 3 days a week in the Lehi, UT office
Salary: $27.41 - $32.70 per hour

What you will do
- Deliver an outstanding support experience via email, web, and phone while meeting key performance goals.
- Build expertise in products and common integrations such as telephony systems, web conferencing tools, Salesforce, and APIs.
- Partner with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, identify potential bugs, and test solutions.
- Act as the Voice of the Customer to influence product priorities, resources, and roadmaps.
- Create documentation, training materials, and process guides to assist customers and teammates.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from the Lehi, UT office 3 days a week.
- Recently completed a technical degree.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented problem-solving mindset.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Zoom, Dialpad, GoToMeeting, or other telephony/web conferencing tools.
- Exposure to Salesforce, APIs, or programming/scripting languages.
