Location: Hybrid working model: 3 days a week in the Lehi, UT office

Salary: $27.41 - $32.70 per hour

What you will do

• Deliver an outstanding support experience via email, web, and phone while meeting key performance goals.
• Build expertise in hirify.global products and common integrations such as telephony systems, web conferencing tools, Salesforce, and APIs.
• Partner with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, identify potential bugs, and test solutions.
• Act as the Voice of the Customer to influence product priorities, resources, and roadmaps.
• Create documentation, training materials, and process guides to assist customers and teammates.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from the Lehi, UT office 3 days a week.
• Recently completed a technical degree.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented problem-solving mindset.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Zoom, Dialpad, GoToMeeting, or other telephony/web conferencing tools.
• Exposure to Salesforce, APIs, or programming/scripting languages.
