What you will do

• Build custom charts and visualizations using Salesforce, Excel, and SQL to support high-profile clients.
• Serve as a data expert for complex use cases utilizing hirify.global's broad database.
• Manage time-sensitive custom research requests and respond to inquiries from clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the support team to provide guidance and expertise to Tier 1 and 2 specialists.
• Document all interactions in Salesforce to inform product improvements and optimize customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1+ years of experience in financial services or working with large datasets.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas) and experience with SQL.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Strong understanding of financial concepts (valuation techniques, IRRs, asset allocations).
• Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
