What you will do

• Manage and optimize server performance to meet service delivery objectives.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to connectivity, storage, and hardware.
• Gather system requirements and develop technical documentation, including test plans and security specifications.
• Perform data backups and maintain disaster recovery and continuity of operations (COOP).
• Design, deploy, and patch system components while addressing interoperability challenges.
• Lead architecture review boards and define enterprise standards for IT projects.

Requirements

• US citizenship with an active Top Secret clearance is mandatory.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience or equivalent certifications.
• Proficiency with Windows Server, AWS, Azure DevOps, and virtualization technologies like Hyper-V and Citrix.
• Experience with storage and management tools including NetApp, Dell Unity, Dell Avamar, and BigFix.
• Strong background in enterprise architecture and security compliance frameworks.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment in Quantico, VA.
