What you will do

  • Partner with senior GTM leaders to design and execute revenue transformation strategies.
  • Architect AI-driven workflows to modernize customer processes and drive revenue outcomes.
  • Lead adoption and change management initiatives to embed hirify.global into daily team rhythms.
  • Quantify measurable business outcomes and ROI using data-driven insights.
  • Own renewal strategy and execution while collaborating on account expansion.
  • Coordinate with internal Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to optimize the customer journey.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in customer success or account management within B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of managing relationships with VP and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to lead value and ROI conversations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset focused on delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Location: Must be based in Dublin
