Salary: $95,000–$115,000/year

What you will do

• Manage the day-to-day planning and execution of multiple client engagements throughout the year.
• Develop and execute comprehensive audit strategies from the planning phase to reporting.
• Supervise, delegate responsibilities to, and mentor associate-level professionals.
• Communicate and resolve audit issues in collaboration with engagement managers.
• Research and apply complex accounting concepts and auditing procedures.
• Draft financial statements and report audit findings both verbally and in writing.

Requirements

• Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
• Licensed CPA or currently in the process of obtaining the CPA license.
• BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in public accounting.
• Direct experience working with non-profit clients.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience.
