What you will do

• Align project direction and decision points across all business disciplines to deliver best-in-class products.
• Manage and update project schedules to ensure delivery meets retailer requirements and timelines.
• Coordinate daily engineering tasks and deliverables, acting as the glue between design managers and engineers.
• Track technical issues using JIRA and produce progress updates for executive reviews.
• Drive internal team meetings and establish comprehensive project plans.
• Ensure global stakeholders are transparently informed about project status, risks, and key issues.

Requirements

• Engineering background with 2+ years of experience in project management or an engineering role.
• Experience managing projects through the entire lifecycle, preferably within plastics or consumer products.
• Technical proficiency in SolidWorks or CREO.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and their inherent limits.
• Ability to communicate complex technical challenges to non-technical cross-functional teams.
• Must be based in the United States.
