What you will do

• Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new customers.
• Connect customers' systems to the platform and facilitate API connections for channel integrations.
• Coach and train customers on account setup, settings, and platform functionalities.
• Help customers maximize and optimize the use of features to achieve business goals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in managing onboarding projects and tracking project timelines.
• Professional experience in E-commerce, marketplaces, or with integrators.
• Proficiency in working with APIs, handling authentication, and troubleshooting API issues.
• Good communication skills in both English and German.
• Must be based near Leiden (Netherlands) or Berlin (Germany).

Nice to have

• Proficiency in French or Dutch.
