What you will do

• Develop and maintain scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and custom metadata types.
• Build complex automation using Flows, declarative tools, and API integrations via Mulesoft.
• Customize Experience Cloud portals and support emerging Agentforce AI-powered use cases and interaction flows.
• Utilize Data Cloud tools for real-time data ingestion, unified customer profiling, and segment activation.
• Collaborate with business analysts and architects in Agile squads to convert user stories into technical designs.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines using Copado or Gearset and ensure adherence to security standards.

Requirements

• 2–7 years of professional Salesforce platform development experience.
• Solid hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, and declarative tools.
• Must be based in Brazil.
• Experience in client-facing delivery and active participation in Agile ceremonies.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Certifications: Platform Developer I/II, Admin, or Sales/Service Cloud Consultant.
• Expertise in Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• Experience with Industry Clouds: Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Manufacturing Cloud, or B2B Commerce Cloud.
