What you will do

• Own the end-to-end post-silicon power measurement strategy across all operating modes and workloads.
• Build and maintain lab infrastructure, automated workflows, and data analysis pipelines.
• Correlate silicon power data with pre-silicon models to drive root-cause analysis.
• Characterize power across PVT corners and debug power anomalies.
• Collaborate with design, architecture, and validation teams to refine power estimation methodologies.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology (citizenship/residency status may be required).
• Principal-level experience with 8+ years in silicon power analysis and characterization.
• Master’s or PhD in EE, CE, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of digital and mixed-signal power domains, including DVFS and power gating.
• High proficiency in lab-based power measurement using oscilloscopes, current probes, and SMUs.
• Strong automation skills using Python, Perl, or MATLAB.
