What you will do

• Direct all transactional activities and reporting for customer deductions across B2B, D2C, warranty, and COGS.
• Lead the development and execution of end-to-end process improvement strategies, focusing on integration and automation.
• Deploy and align standard global solutions for deduction management to ensure regional consistency.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams to resolve complex deduction issues.
• Monitor and report on KPIs to deliver actionable insights and drive operational excellence.
• Mentor and guide a team of approximately 30 professionals to foster growth and high performance.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive experience in finance, with deep expertise in transaction processing and reconciliation.
• Proven ability to lead and influence large teams within a collaborative, matrixed organization.
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is required.
• Track record of implementing significant regional and cross-functional change programs.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Leeds, United Kingdom.
