Salary: $170,000 - $190,000 base

What you will do

• Own the roadmap for core product metrics and reporting, defining goals and SLAs for data quality and freshness.
• Establish a single source of truth for internal metrics including TVL, revenue, and growth attribution.
• Partner with Data Engineering to design instrumentation, tracking plans, schemas, and ETL pipelines.
• Ensure external transparency by aligning hirify.global App metrics with aggregators like DefiLlama.
• Govern a company-wide metrics catalog and implement data QA gates for anomaly detection and validation.
• Collaborate with Finance and Growth teams to reconcile telemetry with booked revenue and cash movements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the contiguous United States or Canada.
• 3+ years of experience in Product Management or Data Product roles within fintech, crypto, or analytics-heavy sectors.
• Engineering degree or equivalent technical experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and comfort using Python for exploratory analysis and QA.
• Experience building instrumentation and data models, including event design and schema versioning.
• Strong ability to translate complex data into clear decisions and strategic roadmaps.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with DefiLlama, on-chain indexing, or subgraphs.
• Proficiency with BI and data stack tools such as Hex, Mode, Looker, BigQuery, dbt, or Airflow.
• Understanding of measurement pitfalls like attribution bias and schema drift on EVM logs.
• Experience partnering with Finance on revenue reconciliation and monthly close processes.
• Deep domain knowledge of DeFi metrics and protocol KPIs.
