What you will do

• Lead product strategy, development, and enhancements for hirify.global’s mobile offerings.
• Develop business requirements and specification documents in collaboration with operations and sales teams.
• Manage the product backlog, conduct epic planning, and lead scrum events.
• Perform in-market product demos for clients and prospects.
• Analyze product data to derive insights for prioritization and post-release optimization.
• Collaborate with the design team on UX research and conduct user testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
• 4+ years of experience in a Product Management role.
• 2+ years of experience in mobile app products required.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling consumer products.
• Experience with the agile framework.
• Must be based in New York, NY.

Nice to have

• Experience with pharmacy benefit management or health insurance.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification.
