Lead Product Manager (Autonomy)

Location: Must be based in San Francisco, Toronto, Pittsburgh, Dallas, or be remote within the US.

What you will do

• Define and execute the Autonomy roadmap for trucking and robotaxi verticals.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, translating complex use cases into actionable requirements and performance benchmarks.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Research, Simulation, Safety, and Commercial teams.
• Analyze performance data from simulation and road testing to prioritize system readiness and issue resolution.
• Monitor KPIs such as ODD coverage and route viability to drive data-driven commercialization decisions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or complex AI/ML systems.
• Strong analytical skills to resolve dependencies and evaluate safety-performance tradeoffs.
• Proven experience drafting strategic documents and presentations to communicate complex autonomy concepts.
• Ability to transition from R&D-heavy environments to product-driven commercial execution.
• Demonstrated leadership in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Must be located in the US or Canada (as specified by office locations or Remote US policy).

Nice to have

• Deep understanding of the autonomy stack (Perception, Prediction, Motion Planning, Localization).
• Experience defining operational boundaries and safety validation milestones.
• Technical background in Computer Science or Robotics.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum tailored for deep-tech research.
