What you will do

  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients through superior customer service and ongoing oversight.
  • Lead the accurate and timely transition of new clients into the Judi platform.
  • Provide strategic guidance for benefit builds, accumulation feeds, network builds, and complex claim requests.
  • Partner with product managers in an agile framework to conceptualize functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person product demonstrations to prospective clients to highlight product differentiators.
  • Identify execution risks and develop corresponding mitigation strategies.

Requirements

  • Must be based in New York, NY
  • 3+ years of experience at a Pharmacy Benefits Manager (PBM) or Health Plan.
  • 2+ years of experience working in retail pharmacy or pharmacy operations.
  • 1+ years in a customer success, business analyst, or product manager role.
  • 1+ years of experience working directly with clients on functional requirements and training.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Jira, Miro, Confluence, and AWS Redshift.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Pharmacy Technician license.
  • Experience reviewing pharmacy claims.
