What you will do
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients through superior customer service and ongoing oversight.
- Lead the accurate and timely transition of new clients into the Judi platform.
- Provide strategic guidance for benefit builds, accumulation feeds, network builds, and complex claim requests.
- Partner with product managers in an agile framework to conceptualize functional and non-functional requirements.
- Conduct virtual and in-person product demonstrations to prospective clients to highlight product differentiators.
- Identify execution risks and develop corresponding mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- Must be based in New York, NY
- 3+ years of experience at a Pharmacy Benefits Manager (PBM) or Health Plan.
- 2+ years of experience working in retail pharmacy or pharmacy operations.
- 1+ years in a customer success, business analyst, or product manager role.
- 1+ years of experience working directly with clients on functional requirements and training.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Jira, Miro, Confluence, and AWS Redshift.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Pharmacy Technician license.
- Experience reviewing pharmacy claims.
