What you will do

• Manage, coach, and support a team of Advanced Autonomous Vehicle Operators, ensuring high standards of safety and professionalism.
• Serve as the onsite liaison between training and technical operations to maximize autonomous vehicle capabilities.
• Review and audit operator reports on vehicle behavior and software errors to provide actionable feedback for engineering teams.
• Apply Adult Learning Principles to design, implement, and update training programs.
• Maintain a library of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), reference materials, and job aids.
• Establish and lead a scalable peer-mentorship program by mentoring Advanced Operators.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in Training Management, Learning & Development, or Operations Management.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for at least 3 years.
• Available for off-shift schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable spending 20–30 hours per week in vehicles during live operations.
• Ability to undergo regular drug screening in line with DOT regulations.

Nice to have

• Experience in Autonomous Vehicle, Transportation, or Logistics industries.
• Proficiency with software/project management programs such as Jira or Asana.
• Previous experience in technical writing or technical reporting.
