What you will do

• Lead the development of COBRA administration capabilities within the Judi platform.
• Collaborate with engineers and UI/UX designers to ensure on-time delivery of product features.
• Create and maintain a team-specific 15-month rolling product roadmap.
• Develop detailed business requirements and specification documents.
• Manage backlog refinement, epic planning, and other scrum events.
• Analyze product data using SQL and Excel to drive prioritization and post-release optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a Product Management, Software Engineering, or related role.
• Experience with benefits administration, health plans, or healthcare technology.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel for a data-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Must be based in Denver, Colorado, United States.
