What you will do

• Lead the monthly forecasting process and annual budget cycle for the French region using analytical rigor and scenario thinking.
• Deliver insight-led, technology-enabled forecast narratives to Executive leadership.
• Pressure test forecasts through sensitivity modeling and trend diagnostics to identify risks and upside opportunities.
• Own the regional Risk & Opportunity (R&O) process to ensure risks are actively challenged and mitigated.
• Leverage analytics platforms and dashboards to enhance visibility and decision-making speed.
• Partner with local commercial leadership to ensure planning reflects market dynamics and customer behavior.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in commercial planning, financial forecasting, or performance management.
• Industry background in consumer electronics, FMCG, or retail.
• Strong analytical capability with a technology-forward mindset and comfort using data models.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams (Sales, Supply, Marketing) in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to own outcomes end-to-end and act with urgency.
