What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams to scope, plan, and execute technical deployments of new and existing autonomy sites.
• Analyze site performance data and operational metrics to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Drive data-informed decision-making to diagnose issues and prioritize engineering actions.
• Coordinate issue tracking and resolution between site operations and autonomy engineering teams.
• Produce technical project documentation including program plans, schedules, and statements of work.
• Plan and coordinate technical demonstrations and milestone reviews with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a highly technical field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in engineering or another highly technical discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years of technical project or program management experience.
• Must be based in Ann Arbor, Michigan (hybrid setup).
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), system integration, testing, and validation.
• Ability to translate complex technical challenges into structured execution plans using data-driven insights.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of the autonomous vehicle industry.
• 7+ years of technical program or project management experience.
• Experience in robotics, aerospace, automotive, or complex software-hardware systems.
• Experience in early-stage or high-growth startup environments.
