Salary: $85,000 - $132,500 USD

What you will do

• Lead the Autonomy Support team and establish long-term strategic business goals.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of field issues from discovery and prioritization to verified resolution.
• Design and implement scalable processes for ingesting and triaging high volumes of field data.
• Define issue qualification standards and build frameworks to quantify issues with evidence-backed data.
• Partner cross-functionally with Safety, Product, and Operations to maintain alignment and visibility.
• Operationalize a clear incident response model and manage on-call rotations and SLAs.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Ann Arbor, MI.
• 5+ years of experience managing technical support teams for complex system designs.
• 7+ years of total relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• Proven track record of redesigning support or operations processes to support growth and scale.
• Advanced proficiency with Jira (reporting/dashboards) and BI tools such as AWS QuickSight or Tableau.
• Experience managing and mentoring a technical team of 5+ people.

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale telemetry, log data, or tools like Kafka, Logstream, and Splunk.
• Familiarity with structured root cause analysis frameworks (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone).
• Experience working in a startup environment.
