What you will do

• Manage the North America demand forecast, incorporating POS dynamics, retailer inventory trends, and revenue pacing.
• Lead the Consensus Review phase of the IBP process by preparing demand assumptions, analysis, and scenarios.
• Identify demand risks and opportunities, partnering with stakeholders to recommend and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Commercial Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to align on assumptions and service level objectives.
• Translate complex data into clear insights and materials for leadership discussions and IBP reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement of planning KPIs, systems, and automation tools to enhance forecasting accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, sales operations, or supply chain analytics.
• Experience building forecasts that include baseline demand, promotions, and new product introductions.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with BI platforms or forecasting tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to reconcile multiple data sources into actionable insights.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Needham, MA.
