What you will do

• Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including Medicare/Medicaid guidelines, HIPAA, and OSHA.
• Conduct regular audits of company operations, patient records, billing practices, and staff certifications.
• Organize and lead training sessions for staff on compliance topics and ethical standards.
• Provide regular reports to senior management regarding compliance status, identified risks, and issues.
• Collaborate with clinical staff, administration, and legal teams to implement compliance best practices.
• Monitor regulatory developments in the healthcare sector and update the company’s compliance strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare compliance, preferably within home healthcare.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word for report analysis and drafting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills for training and collaborating across all staff levels.
• Ability to work according to Trevose, PA timezone (9AM-5PM EST).
