Salary: $97,000–$130,000

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from scoping through launch and retrospective.
• Drive sprint planning and backlog grooming using Agile methodologies in Jira.
• Automate status reporting, documentation, and insights generation using AI tools.
• Coordinate across Engineering, Design, Product, Marketing, and CX teams.
• Identify and resolve dependencies, risks, and blockers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Translate ambiguous business needs into structured project plans with clear milestones.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in Project or Program Management.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model in Boston, MA.
• Proficiency in Agile environments using Jira, Asana, or equivalent tools.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI) to improve efficiency.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• PMP or Scrum Master certification.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline (engineering or science).
