What you will do

  • Support the Head of Benefits and Compensation in project planning, defining milestones, and coordinating stakeholder delivery.
  • Map, document, and standardize HR workflows to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for automation.
  • Analyze employee contributions and monitor payroll deductions to resolve discrepancies.
  • Research job responsibilities and map them to appropriate occupational classifications.
  • Manage the benefits inbox, addressing employee inquiries regarding compensation and payroll.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR programs to ensure data accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance standards.
  • Experience with HRIS or HCM systems (UKG experience is a plus).
  • Proficiency in MS Office products.
  • Based in the United States.
