What you will do

• Lead financial operations and ensure a high-quality, GAAP-compliant monthly close within 5 business days.
• Manage the consolidation of three subsidiaries and oversee an offshore bookkeeping team.
• Architect the Chart of Accounts and financial structures to support scalable reporting.
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards to track company performance.
• Collaborate with external auditors and prepare audit-ready documentation.
• Manage revenue and AR Aging processes, including weekly collection oversight.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or relevant professional certifications preferred.
• 5-7 years of hands-on finance and accounting experience, including consolidation.
• 3-5 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role managing direct reports or offshore vendors.
• Expert-level knowledge of QuickBooks Online (QBO) and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Must be based in the US or Canada.
