What you will do

• Lead a team of finance professionals and oversee the full closing cycle (month, quarter, and year-end).
• Review complex revenue recognition for software contracts under IFRS 15 and manage WIP schedules.
• Prepare financial reporting and monthly forecasting for senior management and operational leaders.
• Ensure internal controls are effective and identify mitigation strategies for potential risks.
• Standardize finance processes and manage audit requests for interim and year-end reviews.
• Support special projects including due diligence and the integration of new acquisitions.

Requirements

• CPA certification is required.
• 5+ years of experience in a large accounting firm or corporate industry.
• Expertise in IFRS and complex revenue recognition (software or project accounting).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Must be located in or eligible to work in Ontario, Canada.
