• Provide leadership and career guidance to team members to boost retention.
• Mediate and resolve conflicts between developers and client teams.

Requirements

• Native or bilingual proficiency in English and Portuguese
• Proven experience in project management, account management, or client success within tech or outsourcing.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
