What you will do
- Supervise the performance of developers to ensure value delivery and meet client expectations.
- Monitor timelines, deliverables, scope, and budgets for outsourcing projects.
- Identify new hiring needs and business opportunities to drive account expansion.
- Collaborate with Sales and Talent Acquisition to refine recruiting and onboarding processes.
- Provide leadership and career guidance to team members to boost retention.
- Mediate and resolve conflicts between developers and client teams.
Requirements
- Native or bilingual proficiency in English and Portuguese
- Proven experience in project management, account management, or client success within tech or outsourcing.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
