What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for franchise clients, building trust through proactive communication.
• Analyze performance metrics for Google and Meta Ads to meet and exceed client goals.
• Collaborate with Account Optimization Specialists and Marketing Assistants to ensure strategic campaign implementation.
• Manage a high volume of accounts with precision, maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Escalate client satisfaction concerns to Strategists and Supervisors for timely resolution.
• Assist in strategy planning for larger accounts to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements

• 1+ years of client-facing experience in an agency setting, including data reporting and strategy driving.
• 1-2 years of hands-on optimization experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple lead generation campaigns.
• Must be based in the United States.
