What you will do

• Serve as the primary overnight point of contact for guests and residents to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Manage guest check-ins/outs and perform night audit tasks to ensure operational accuracy.
• Respond to guest communications promptly via HubSpot, AirBnB, text, and email.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and compliant environment for all team members and guests.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and execute thorough shift handovers.
• Independently evaluate and escalate urgent maintenance or emergency situations.

Requirements

• 1+ year of customer service experience in hospitality, retail, multi-family, or food & beverage.
• Experience working overnight hours and exercising independent judgment.
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication with internal and external customers.
• Ability to learn and utilize POS, CRM, or other customer communication systems.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
