Salary: $20 - $22 USD per hour

What you will do

• Intake product requests from operations stakeholders and clients to identify necessary improvements.
• Triage and research technical solutions for errors occurring within the JUDI tech stack.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to build detailed business requirements and specifications.
• Perform ticket reviews to identify missed intent following Quality Assurance reviews.
• Assist with user experience testing, research, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Manage the product backlog and participate in team refinement and planning sessions.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
• Demonstrable knowledge of SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, growing environment.
• Willing to work 35+ productive hours per week.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the Python programming language.
