What you will do

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed sales and margin targets for assigned accounts.
  • Manage day-to-day operations and drive sales performance across Nordics retail partners.
  • Execute promotional activities across online, in-store, and off-page channels.
  • Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements and ensure accurate sales forecasting.
  • Analyze market trends, monitor competitor pricing, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Identify and onboard new retail partners to generate incremental business.

Requirements

  • Fluent English and Norwegian.
  • 7+ years of experience opening and managing accounts in various product categories.
  • Strong negotiation skills and exceptional analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation skills.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Oslo office (Hybrid).
